COVID-19 Update 10/06/2020
We are pleased to announce a phased return to practise from 15th June 2020. As you'd expect we have a clear pandemic plan and will be following additional protocols to ensure our reopening is safe and effective for both staff and patients.
After 12 weeks of closure, we're sure you can appreciate that we have a substantial number of patients who need urgent care and whilst we'd love to see everyone as soon as we can, we will of course prioritise those patients experiencing acute dental pain and have been triaged by the practice during lockdown.
After 12 weeks of closure, we're sure you can appreciate that we have a substantial number of patients who need urgent care and whilst we'd love to see everyone as soon as we can, we will of course prioritise those patients experiencing acute dental pain and have been triaged by the practice during lockdown.
Thereafter we will be contacting patients to re establish their regular routine appointments and patients that are mid treatment - please bear with us in the interim. We will still be offering a triage service to all patients so please do contact the practice if you have any problems.
This as we hope you can appreciate is the last thing we will want to do. Caring for and looking after our patients is what we are all about, but we must adhere to the guidance for the safety of us all and those that are vulnerable around us. We will all miss you and hope to see you soon. If you have any concerns, please give us a ring and we will do what we can to help and advise.
Please see below list of self help strategies We must also ask that you do not turn up to the practice without a confirmed appointment time, and make all contact by telephone or email.
In the meantime, please keep safe and look out for further communication from us!
